Douglas P. Sánchez has been a Special Counsel with Rexach & Picó since 1995, specializing in real estate and corporate transactions. His experience includes working for banks and mortgage lending clients as well as for developers in the preparation of purchase and sale deeds and mortgage deeds, commercial credit and credit construction agreements and lease contracts, among others. A graduate of Brown University and the University of Puerto Rico Law School, Sánchez was a Fullbright Scholar in México from 1974 to 1975.
