Joshua Schwartz

Since day one, Joshua Schwartz’ practice has been focused on the representation of plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters including medical malpractice and products liability. His passion and dedication to the representation of victims of catastrophic injuries goes beyond his efforts in the courtroom. He is the immediate past chair of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s Future Leaders section and serves on PAJ’s Board of Governors. He is also the current chair of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Future Leaders Section and serves on PTLA’s Board of Directors. Joshua has been designated by his peers in Pennsylvania SuperLawyers as a “Rising Star” – a designation limited to the the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state who are 40 or younger – in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
