On August 1, 2010, Don Higley joined Lanier Law Group, P.A., 108 W. Firetower Road, Suite G, Winterville, North Carolina, 28590. Don is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his J.D. Degree from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1994. He was a Dr. John J. Broderick Law Scholar and was Editor-in-Chief of the Campbell Law Review. Before he served as Editor, the Law Review published his article, “Lujan v. Defendants of Wildlife, Slashing and Burning the Law of Environmental Standing.”
