Anne Berleman Kearney is principal of Appellate Consulting Group in Milwaukee. She has authored briefs for the prevailing party in the United States Supreme Court, the Wisconsin and Illinois Supreme Courts, and the Seventh Circuit. She previously practiced in the litigation group at Foley & Lardner. Ms. Kearney is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She teaches appellate writing and pretrial practice as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School. She is a former Chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is the Wisconsin Chair for the Committee on Rules and Practice for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
