AnneMarie MacPherson, an associate in Ledgewood’s Commercial Finance/ Real Estate Department, joined the firm in March 2015.  AnneMarie focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance matters, including commercial lending and real property acquisitions and dispositions.  She has represented and advised commercial banks, investment banks and trusts, life insurance companies, institutional investors and loan servicers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine debt origination, loan sales and purchases, post-closing loan modifications, workouts and foreclosures, and real property acquisitions and dispositions.
