Ms. Caesar completed an externship with the Honorable Judge Martha Mills, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division, which provided her with a unique perspective toward handling domestic relations cases. Further, Ms. Caesar's college degree in psychology and social work has well prepared her for the emotional complexities of working with clients in family law proceedings as well as a technical understanding of custody evaluations.
